Recently, I had the privilege of working with a 17-year-old girl to transform her room and closet. It was more than just tidying up; it was about redefining her space to reflect her personality and support her growth.

           Why isn’t this a project to tackle with Mom or Dad?

           Here’s the thing: our teens see their rooms as an extension of their identity, and working with a neutral, non-judgmental third party creates a safe space to explore what they truly want to keep, let go of, or display. With parents, emotions can get tangled in the process, making it harder to create a space that is truly theirs.

           Helping a teenager create a space they love isn’t just about the physical transformation - it’s about helping them build confidence, independence, and joy in their surroundings.

           Sharon, 45, is a single woman living in a charming town near Boston.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Sharon wanted to organize her wardrobe. During our initial phone call, she confessed that she finds it really hard to let go of items, both in her closet and in her home in general. She understands that she needs to start practicing letting go. She chuckled and said, "Maybe if I can manage to let go of items in my wardrobe, I'll be able to let go of people I've needed to release for a long time."
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           I replied to Sharon that I completely believe in the energy connection between letting go of physical items and releasing people from our lives, and suggested we schedule a session.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           She showed me a video so I could get a sense of the size of her closet and the amount of items we needed to sort through, allowing me to estimate the scope of work.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           We scheduled two sessions, each lasting three hours. In each session, we focused on a different section of the closet. We sorted through shoes, coats, dresses—step by step, we went through everything, including bras, underwear, and more. We agreed that after each session, I would take the donation bags with me, ensuring that Sharon wouldn't go through the items again and second-guess her decisions.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The sessions weren't easy for Sharon. She struggled with letting go, and each time she touched an item, it brought back memories of when she wore it and how she felt.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I assured her that once we finished organizing her wardrobe, she would have so much physical and mental space for new things.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           The very next morning after our second session, Sharon wrote to me:

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           "Good morning, Tali. This morning, I woke up feeling that the energy around me was different. When I went into my closet to choose clothes for the workday, wow, the air in the room felt so much lighter. It was such a pleasure to see everything neatly organized, and I had so much fun picking out items I didn't even remember I had in my wardrobe."
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Three months passed.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
            One morning, Sharon wrote to me:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           "Good morning, Tali. I've been meaning to write to you for weeks, but I just didn't have the chance. Tali, a month after our last session, things started to change for me. I ended an unhealthy relationship and began attending social events. I met new, amazing women, and together we started going on trips and creating shared experiences. I feel so much less lonely, and it's incredible. I don't want to jinx it, but I have to share that I even met an amazing woman, and we've been in a romantic relationship for a month now."
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Leni, her wardrobe, and I are moving to a new home. It’s a monumental, thrilling, and slightly nerve-wracking event all at once.

&lt;div&gt;&#xD;

           Leni and I have known each other for five years now. She’s one of the most remarkable women I’ve had the pleasure of working with. At 65, Leni is a stunning presence in the world of fashion and art. She’s a regular at major fashion events and has crossed paths with the likes of Anna Wintour and other fashion icons multiple times. Imagine how fascinating it was for me to get to know her and her fabulous wardrobe!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I could write a book on everything I’ve learned from Leni—about life, happiness, and abundance. But I’ll save that for another time.
          &#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Right now, Leni’s move is the focus. Moving is always exciting, especially at 65. She’s enlisted the help of the most professional movers to handle her home, art collection, and furniture. But what about her wardrobe? That’s where I come in! &amp;#55357;&amp;#56911;

           After meeting at her new home with the contractor, moving company manager, interior designer, and wardrobe designer, I developed a plan to pack her wardrobe. The goal is to carefully pack every item, ensuring that everything transitions smoothly from storage to her new home in the safest and most organized way possible.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The key is smart packing, tailored to her new space. Every item packed already has a designated spot in the new house—from socks and belts to every piece of clothing and cleaning supplies.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Moving can be both exciting and stressful. Where do you start? What do you pack? How do you avoid bringing unnecessary items into your new home, and how can you make the process as efficient as possible?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Here are my top five tips for a smooth move:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ol&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Start Early:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Don’t wait until the last minute. Begin organizing at least two months before the move to give yourself enough time to complete everything in an orderly manner.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Sort Your Belongings:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Go through each room and decide what you truly need to take with you and what can be donated or discarded. Keep only the items you use and already know where they’ll fit in your new home.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Let Go of Unnecessary Items:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             New home, new energy! Moving is the perfect opportunity to get rid of things that no longer serve a purpose in your life. Donate clothes, dishes, and other items to those who need them.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Label Boxes:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Pack items into labeled boxes and clearly mark which room they belong in. This will make unpacking much easier when you arrive at your new place.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Plan Moving Day:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Make a checklist of all the tasks to be done on moving day, including packing boxes, disconnecting old utilities, and setting up new ones. Plan the day so everything goes smoothly.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ol&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           For the past twenty years, I've had the privilege of working with incredible men and women, connecting with thousands of beautiful souls. My love for styling was never rooted in a passion for fashion or trends. Instead, it was always about people! About igniting a new, deeper spark of beauty and self-love within them.
          &#xD;

           Over the years, I've worked with countless women. My youngest client was just 13 years old, and the oldest was 68, and I know there's more to come. As a woman, each encounter has added another layer of healing and acceptance to my sense of femininity.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Body image has been a significant focus of mine for years. How we speak to ourselves and treat our bodies when no one is watching or listening is crucial. From the moment we are born, we're bombarded with messages and expectations - messages from everyone in our lives. But today, I want to focus on the messages we've received from the women in our lives.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The first and most powerful message we receive comes from our mothers. It's not about what they tell us directly; it's in how they behave and speak to themselves. How much love, compassion, and even admiration they show towards themselves. This is one of the strongest messages each of us receives, embedded within us from the moment we, as little girls, watch our mothers gaze into the mirror.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Then, of course, there are the societal and media-driven standards that have been ingrained in us. I meet many women, especially mothers, who are on incredible journeys of healing and self-love - not just for themselves, but because they understand the responsibility and power they hold in passing these messages on to their daughters.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           So, what am I really saying? What you say or do for your daughters is incredibly important. But remember, what they see is even more powerful when you think they aren't looking!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Do you wear pants at the beach to hide cellulite? Are you focused on dieting to lose weight or on eating healthily? Do you wear clothes to conceal or to celebrate self-love?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           There are no magic pills here. Every day, we all take another step on the path to self-love. And the truth is, it's a lifelong journey. But let's commit to being a little more aware and a little more willing to love ourselves each day just a bit more.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           This past week, I had the privilege of working in three different homes. Each had unique needs, but the strategy was the same.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Storage! Every family can find the storage solution that suits them best. I enjoy getting to know the family and the home's dynamics. Investing in planning and products that maintain order and organization is essential.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           "We are not rich enough to buy cheaply!" I love buying and selling on the Marketplace because there are great finds. However, when planning home organization, it's crucial not to compromise on cabinets, drawers, shelves, and storage boxes. Just because an item costs twenty dollars on the Marketplace doesn't mean we need it or that it will help us stay organized. On the contrary, it might add clutter and stagnation to our home.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Declutter!!! We all buy and consume much more than we need. An even bigger problem is that most of us don't let go. It's essential to release anything that isn't in use or serving us. Imagine the air and energy that will flow in once we declutter.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           We are a month away from September. September symbolizes a new beginning in many ways and aspects. It's a perfect opportunity to organize our homes.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            Letting go of items from the closet is an amazing way to make room for something new in our lives.

           Fashion usually has nothing to do with organizing a wardrobe. When you open your closet and feel a knot in your stomach, it's a sign of mess, overload, or frustration because there are so many clothes, but you can't find anything to wear, or you end up wearing the same set over and over. It's a sign that the closet needs a reset.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Meet Nora. She's been my client for a decade. Nora and I have never gone shopping together. Nora knows how to buy fantastic clothing items and find them at the lowest prices possible. Over the years, Nora has invited me to help her organize her wardrobes and let go. For Nora, letting go of items is complex. She has a strong connection with her clothes. She knows when she bought each item, at what price, and where she wore it. Every time, I am amazed at the strength of this connection. But over the years, large quantities have accumulated. In the early years, we let go of sizes no longer relevant to her. Slowly, we also let go of styles that suited her less. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           This week, we met for another session of letting go. As soon as I entered Nora's closet, she said, "Tali, as hard as it is for me to let go, I'm ready because every time I let go, new energy enters my life. I feel a kind of stagnation, and I know that once we let go of the overload in the closets, something energetic will be released, and new opportunities will come in." I smiled big and said to Nora, "There's no doubt you've been my client for years. Only a client who has experienced energetic release can understand the connection between clothes and energies." We let go of quite a few items five hours into the process. When Nora opens her closet, she feels there is significant space. When was the last time you organized your closet and let go?

Three years ago, I took on the challenge of executing a major event, handling both the event management and operations management roles. This experience taught me that the devil is in the details and reinforced the importance of meticulous planning and flawless execution.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           The secret key to success lies in the relationships and communication with your people. On one side, you have the client (sometimes more than one person with various needs and expectations). On the other side, you have your team and vendors. Effective communication and strong relationships are essential to balancing these dynamics and ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Managing both aspects allowed me to create a seamless and memorable experience for our attendees. I delivered an unforgettable event by anticipating challenges, streamlining processes, and maintaining a clear vision.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

      <title>From Coast to Closet: How Susanna Got a Stylish Makeover Without Leaving Home!</title>

            When we moved to the US 12 years ago, it was clear that I had to find a way to maintain my clients in Israel. Two months into settling into a new country, I had already built an online process for my overseas clients. Over the years, the process developed, and clients joined from Europe and across the US. As you already know, I love sharing stories about my clients, so this time, meet Susanna.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;

           Susanna is my client from LA. I have never met her in person, but I got to know her amazingly well through the process. She is a VP at a large cybersecurity company and a mother of three boys. She doesn't like going to the mall but loves being up-to-date and stylish.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           During my initial consultation with Susanna, I learned about her and her needs. Susanna decided to go online shopping, even though I highly recommended starting with her existing wardrobe and organizing it. After the initial consultation, we scheduled a Zoom call where Susanna showed me items she likes from her wardrobe. We discussed her wardrobe upgrade needs, what she likes to wear and doesn't, what intimidates her, and what excites her about clothes. She shared the brands she likes, set a shopping budget, and we got started.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           After the meeting, I sat down to build a wardrobe for Susanna. A wardrobe with items that would integrate with some of the pieces she already has, new items that would push Susanna out of her comfort zone, and items that would be an excellent foundation for many combinations. We had another meeting to review the wardrobe, decide on sizes to order, answer questions about cuts and colors, and, most importantly, explain the reasoning behind each item. Susanna was excited about the pieces, and after the meeting, she ordered everything she liked and felt was right.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Within a few days, the items started arriving, and I began receiving photos of the new items. We decided what needed to be ordered in a different size, what looked great, and what needed to be returned. Within a few days, we ordered more items, and three weeks into the process, Susanna already had a new wardrobe.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Just before we finished, we met again to review some really cool combinations for each new item. Susanna received a detailed document with combinations and tips for the items we purchased and was ready for the new season. As I mentioned at the beginning of the post, Susanna and I went through several online processes. In the next process, I didn't let her off the hook, and we organized her wardrobe&amp;#55357;&amp;#56841;.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           I am often asked why I love organizing different spaces in my clients' homes. My most accurate answer is that I love freeing people from stagnation and weakening energies.

           What is the connection between organizing a kitchen or storage room and energy? It's really simple: The space we live in stores various energies, and sometimes, these energies need help being released.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           How do you know? Just close your eyes and sit quietly for ten minutes. Breathe and think about your home. Imagine walking through it. Some areas will bring a smile and calm, while others might evoke a sense of tightness, suffocation, or anxiety. These feelings usually indicate stagnation. If you look factually at the room or space you thought of during the meditation, it will often be messy, cluttered, and filled with things you last touched a long time ago.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Meet the fantastic King family. I have been working with them for years, organizing different areas in their home. Sometimes, I return to reinforce an area I've already organized.

           When organizing a new space, I must involve the homeowners in sorting. It's a challenging process and requires a lot of mental and physical energy from them.

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           There are three points in the process that I particularly love: the initial stage when we open the room door and say, "Oh my God, where do we start?"; the second point, when we finish emptying everything of the room and look at the space saying, "Wow, how will everything fit back in here?"; and the final point, when the room is ready, taking a deep breath and enjoying all the items that were stuck there, feeling the released energies and the stagnation that no longer exists, opening the door and enjoying the order, knowing where everything is.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
